2. Course Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our public speaking courses, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.1 Eligibility

Our courses are available to individuals aged 16 years and older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.

2.2 Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to course materials for the duration specified in your course package. Access periods vary by program and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless otherwise specified in a payment plan agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment plans, when available, require adherence to scheduled installment dates
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of course access
  • Additional fees may apply for certification, materials, or supplementary services

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our courses. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our organization.

4.1 Cancellation by Student

You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, refunds will be issued at our discretion based on individual circumstances.

4.2 Cancellation by Kokemi

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Kokemi and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

  1. Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
  2. Record, screenshot, or copy course content without explicit written permission
  3. Use course materials for commercial purposes
  4. Modify or create derivative works from our content

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during courses, workshops, and online interactions. We foster an inclusive learning environment free from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment or intimidation of instructors or fellow students
  • Use of offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
  • Disruption of classes or learning activities
  • Sharing of false or misleading information

Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kokemi provides educational services to help improve public speaking skills. While we strive for excellence in our instruction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on various factors including personal effort, practice, and application of learned techniques.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kokemi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms
